These terms govern your use of Indicator Record (the "Service"), a website operated by a sole proprietor based in the Republic of Korea ("we", "us").
The Service shows historical records of market indicators and public filings — for example, how a stock's heat gauge or insider purchases looked in the past, and what happened to the price afterward. It is an impersonal publication: every user sees the same content.
Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. We do not provide personalized advice, trade signals, brokerage or money management. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
Figures are computed from end-of-day prices and public filings obtained from third parties. They may contain errors, delays or omissions. We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance (currently USD 12/month, plus applicable taxes). Payments are processed by our online reseller, which acts as the merchant of record, appears on your card statement, and handles billing, taxes and refunds under its own buyer terms. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
You may use the Service for your personal, non-commercial research. You may not scrape, copy in bulk, resell or redistribute the Service's content or data, attempt to break security, or share your account with others.
We may update features, prices or these terms. Material changes will be announced on the website before they take effect; price changes apply from your next billing period. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service, including investment losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
